Hi there, Alessandro here.

First of all, I want to thank you for following my contents, I really appreciate it. Welcome you to this Women’s Bodyweight Guide!

Take this guide as your personal challange, not only in a fitness way but also in a more intimate way. The aim of this guide is to teach you how to go equipment free, wherever and whenever you want. There are no more excuses now.

Don’t worry about your fitness level, following exercises will challenge you either if you are a beginner or a pro athlete. You know your body better than anyone else, so work as hard as you can, push yourself through your limits and enjoy your workouts.

We shot all exercises and give you the possibility to check these videos, correct yourself and execute every exercise in a proper way. You may see few videos with resistence bands or medical ball. You don’t need this equipment, you could also use a bottle of water or whatever you have at home.
