  • 1. Services and Participation Fee
    1.1. Participation in the 12-Week Challenge costs CHF 990.00, including applicable VAT.
    1.2. The participation fee includes a subscription granting 48 entries, allowing access to our workout classes.
    1.3. The subscription is valid from February 2, 2026, to April 26, 2026, and permits booking workout classes via our website, subject to availability. LiveUp AG does not guarantee availability of class spots.

     

    2. Conditions for Participation in the Challenge
    2.1. To be eligible for the prize, participants must:

    • Complete a 3D Body Scan and photo session at our Training Club on January 24, 2026 (start of the challenge);

    • Complete a second 3D Body Scan and photo session on April 20 or 23, 2026 (end of the challenge).
      2.2. For the 3D Body Scan, participants must wear tight-fitting swimwear or underwear.

    3. Evaluation and Prize
    3.1. LiveUp AG is the sole judge responsible for assessing physical transformations and selecting the participant with the best transformation.
    3.2. The winner’s prize is a voucher worth CHF 1'000.00, redeemable for any LiveUp AG products.
    3.3. The voucher is valid from April 27, 2026, for one year.

    4. Data Protection and Use of Images
    4.1. Participants consent to the use of their personal data, including 3D Body Scan results and photos, by LiveUp AG for advertising and marketing purposes.
    4.2. Data processing complies with LiveUp AG’s Privacy Policy, which is available for review prior to participation.
    4.3. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

    5. Limitation of Liability
    5.1. LiveUp AG is not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents occurring during participation in workout classes, nor for technical issues preventing access to classes or availability of spots.
    5.2. LiveUp AG is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond its control.
    5.3. In the event of cancellation or changes to the 12-Week Challenge due to unforeseen circumstances, LiveUp AG will inform participants promptly and provide refunds or alternatives as legally required.

    6. Mandatory Participation Conditions and Prohibition of Fraud
    6.1. Any attempt to manipulate results, submit false information, or provide untrue photos and data will result in immediate disqualification from the 12-Week Challenge and prize selection.
    6.2. Participants agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set by LiveUp AG during the challenge.

    7. Force Majeure
    7.1. LiveUp AG is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, technological catastrophes, or other events beyond its control. Participants will be promptly informed of any changes or cancellations.

    8. Cancellation and Modification of the Challenge
    8.1. LiveUp AG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the 12-Week Challenge at any time for unforeseen or operational reasons. Participants will be informed immediately and offered refunds or alternatives as appropriate.

    9. Voucher and Usage
    9.1. The CHF 1'000.00 voucher for the challenge winner is valid from April 27, 2026, for one year and may be used for all LiveUp AG products.
    9.2. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
    10.1. In case of disputes related to these Terms and Conditions, parties will attempt to resolve the matter through mediation.
    10.2. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled by arbitration according to the rules of [Arbitration Institution] or before the competent court in Zurich.
    10.3. Swiss law applies.

    11. General Provisions
    11.1. The subscription and offers related to the 12-Week Challenge are personal and non-transferable.
    11.2. Participation in the 12-Week Challenge constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    11.3. LiveUp AG reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, subject to timely notification of participants.

    12. Various

    12.1. LiveUp AG does not guarantee a minimum number of Workout Classes per week. The schedule, frequency, and availability of Workout Classes may vary depending on organizational needs, holidays, maintenance work, special events, or other operational circumstances. Any changes, suspensions, or cancellations of Workout Classes by LiveUp AG do not entitle members to any refund, reimbursement, credit, or extension.

    12.2. All classes must be booked in advance via our online system. Attendance is subject to class capacity.

    If a class is not booked before its scheduled start time, participation will not be allowed. Late arrivals without a reservation will not be admitted.

    12.3. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by email at welcome@teamliveup.com or via WhatsApp at +41 79 902 70 44.

    Late cancellations will be considered as a used class.
