Class booking required

All classes must be booked in advance via our online system. Attendance is subject to class capacity. If a class is not booked before its scheduled start time, participation will not be allowed. Late arrivals without a reservation will not be admitted.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by email at welcome@teamliveup.com or via WhatsApp at +41 79 902 70 44. Failure to cancel on time will be recorded as a no-show.

 

Validity Workout Classes and service availability

LiveUp AG does not guarantee a minimum number of Workout Classes per week. The schedule, frequency, and availability of Workout Classes may vary depending on organizational needs, holidays, maintenance work, special events, or other operational circumstances. Any changes, suspensions, or cancellations of Workout Classes by LiveUp AG do not entitle members to any refund, reimbursement, credit, or extension of the subscriptions duration. Please note that class cancellations are refundable only if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance (welcome@teamliveup.com or WhatsApp 079 902 70 44). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be refunded under any circumstances. In case LiveUp AG cancels a Workout Class, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded or the session will be credited to your plan. No additional refunds will be issued beyond the price paid for any reason.

Code of conduct

Respect for instructors, fellow participants, and Training Club rules is essential. Misuse of the subscription or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of access.

UNLIMITED Pass:

By purchasing the Unlimited Pass, the purchaser agrees to pay LiveUp AG the amount of CHF 248.00 per month for a period of 12 consecutive months. In the event that the automatic monthly charge to the credit card fails, the purchaser has 14 days to update their payment method. If the payment is not settled within this period, the membership will be temporarily suspended and LiveUp AG will issue an invoice for the remaining amount, payable within 7 days. Once the payment has been received, the membership will be reactivated. A temporary suspension of the membership due to a failed payment does not grant the purchaser any right of withdrawal or refund. The Unlimited Pass is strictly personal and cannot be transferred or shared. Class bookings are valid only for the pass holder. The Unlimited Pass is valid for 12 consecutive months from the activation date. It is non-refundable and non-pausable. After 2 no-shows in a 30-day period, your booking privileges may be temporarily suspended for up to 7 days. Unlimited access is a benefit that requires responsible use. While the pass offers unlimited access, we encourage mindful booking to ensure fairness and class availability for all members.

3-MONTH PLAN & 6-MONTH PLANS

This subscriptions plan cannot be extended for any reason; it expires 3 or 6 months after purchase.
