Rules for Clients of the Training Club

Welcome to the LiveUp Training Club. Our facility is dedicated to the well-being and health of our members. We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and relaxing environment. Please read and follow the rules below to ensure responsible and harmonious use of the club.

1. Access to the Training Club and Registration

1.1. Membership and Health Questionnaire

Access to the fitness and regeneration areas is reserved exclusively for properly registered members. A health questionnaire must be completed and signed upon registration.

1.2. Day Pass and Guests

The access code for the Training Club and the regeneration area is strictly personal and may only be used by registered members. It must not be shared with third parties. Day passes for non- members are not available, with the exception of clients attending group classes. Minors are only permitted to enter if accompanied by an adult or with written consent from a legal guardian.

1.3. Opening Hours

Members can access the Training Club 24/7 via a smartphone app (access code). Management reserves the right to adjust opening hours in the case of special events, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner.

2. General Conduct Guidelines

2.1. Hygiene Protocols

A personal towel must be used on all equipment and in all shared spaces. If a client forgets their towel, one can be purchased or rented at the club. A shower is mandatory before entering the regeneration area.

2.2. Clothing and Footwear

Proper sportswear must be worn when using fitness equipment. Clean indoor athletic shoes must be worn in the fitness areas. In the regeneration area and while transitioning to/from it, appropriate swimwear, a towel, and non-slip bathing shoes are required.

2.3. Lockers and Personal Items

Lockers must be emptied at the end of each day. The Training Club is not responsible for lost or unattended items.

2.4. Use of Electronic Devices

Mobile phone use is permitted in the fitness and regeneration areas only if it does not disturb others. Filming or photographing other clients without consent is prohibited. Phone calls are not

allowed in the fitness area. Music may only be played through headphones, and phones must be kept on silent mode.

2.5. Photos and Video Recordings

The club regularly takes photos and videos during training sessions for marketing purposes on its website and social media. If you do not consent to being filmed or photographed, please notify us via email at welcome@teamliveup.comimmediately after reading this policy.

2.6. Towels

Towels provided by the club are for use by registered members only.

3. Fitness Area

3.1. Equipment Use

Clients are responsible for using equipment correctly. If unsure, ask a trainer for assistance to avoid injury. All machines and equipment (e.g., dumbbells, weights) must be cleaned after use with the provided disinfectant and returned to their designated place.

3.2. Equipment Time Limits

During peak hours, use of cardio machines (treadmills, bikes, etc.) is limited to 30 minutes per person. Please respect this rule to ensure fair use for all.

3.3. Group Classes

Participation in group classes must be booked in advance at www.teamliveup.com. Space is limited, and clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start. Latecomers will not be admitted, to avoid disrupting the class. Participants must wait in the designated area before the class and leave the fitness area promptly afterward.

4. Regeneration Area (Sauna, Ice Bath, Normatec, TheraLight)

4.1. Access

Only adult members may use the regeneration area, unless otherwise approved by management. A shower is mandatory before using the sauna, ice baths, Normatec, or TheraLight to ensure hygiene.

4.2. Swimwear and Towel Use

Swimwear is mandatory. In the sauna, sitting on a towel is required for hygiene reasons. Towels are provided by the club.

4.3. Conduct in the Regeneration Area

This is a space for relaxation. Please speak quietly and behave respectfully to avoid disturbing others.

4.4. Session Duration

We recommend limiting sauna sessions to 15–20 minutes. Allow time to rest between sessions to avoid health risks.

4.5. Medical Conditions

Use of the regeneration area is not recommended for individuals with high blood pressure, heart

conditions, or for pregnant women. Use is at your own risk, and clients are solely responsible for assessing their health condition and consulting a doctor if necessary.

4.6. TheraLight Booking

TheraLight sessions are not included in the membership and must be booked separately
via www.teamliveup.com. The access code for the TheraLight cabin is personal and must not be shared.

4.7. Use of Normatec Boots

Normatec boots must be disinfected after each use using the cleaning materials provided. They must also be returned to their original condition and storage area.

5. Safety

5.1. First Aid and Emergencies

In case of an accident or sudden illness, club staff must be notified immediately. First aid kits are available throughout the club, and staff is trained for emergency response.

5.2. Dangerous Behavior

Any reckless or dangerous behavior that may harm oneself or others is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may lead to immediate expulsion and suspension or termination of membership.

6. Prohibitions and Sanctions

6.1. Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the club. Alcohol consumption is only permitted during management-approved events.

6.2. Sanctions

Violation of club rules may result in formal warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent cancellation of membership depending on the severity of the offense. Management reserves the right to immediately expel any individual behaving dangerously or inappropriately.

7. Amendments to the Rules

The Training Club reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via the club's official channels.
