Cancellation Policy
Please note that class cancellations are refundable only if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance (welcome@teamliveup.com or WhatsApp 079 902 70 44). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be refunded under any circumstances. In case LiveUp AG cancels a Workout Class, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded or the session will be credited to your plan. No additional refunds will be issued beyond the price paid for any reason.
