Cancellation Policy
1. Service Description LiveUp CarWash provides professional car cleaning services while the customer trains at our training facility. Services include interior and/or exterior cleaning depending on the package selected, performed by trained staff. The services are provided at the facility during the customer’s workout session. 2. Bookings, Payments & Confirmation All services must be booked in advance via our online booking system or at reception. You must provide a valid email and phone number at the time of booking. The booking confirmation forms a binding agreement between you and LiveUp CarWash. Payment is due in advance online. Prices are quoted in CHF and include VAT where applicable. 3. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid fees via e-mail (welcome@teamliveup.com) or WhatsApp (+41 79 902 70 44). Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service price. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. 4. Customer Responsibilities Before the service begins, you must: a. Remove all valuables and personal items from the vehicle. b. Ensure the vehicle is accessible and can be safely serviced. c. Inform us of any special requirements or pre‑existing damage. d. Ensure the vehicle’s battery is sufficiently charged; we are not responsible for battery discharge. LiveUp AG is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items left in the vehicle. 5. Service Limitations & Liability All services are provided at the customer’s own risk. LiveAp AG is not liable for: a. Pre‑existing vehicle conditions (scratches, stains, dents, mechanical issues). b. Damage caused by normal wear and tear or unrelated to the service. c. Damage due to factors outside our control (weather, vandalism, force majeure). d. Damage to personal property inside the vehicle. If you believe there is an issue with the service quality, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. 6. Weather & Operational Conditions Our service is performed outdoors and may be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions (weather, facility operations). We will try to notify you promptly if rescheduling is required. 7. Quality & Complaints We strive for excellence, but no service is guaranteed to be perfect due to vehicle conditions and other variables.
